There have been sweeping changes to the U.S. bankruptcy law effective after October 17, 2005. These are the first major changes to the law in twenty- seven years. This course covers the latest reforms along with its options and alternatives. It answers must know bankruptcy questions including the new law versus the old, the basics of bankruptcy law that apply to all bankruptcies. It covers Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the basics of debtor-creditor law and much more.
